EZseat was created from a high school project that started in our business class at Glenbard East High School. We were five high school seniors who wanted to learn and develop a product but didn’t know what to create. Our first idea was going to be a squeegee for a umbrella called WaterLock. We woke up @5am to interview our possible customers and our results showed people didn’t feel like it solved any problem. This was a huge problem for us because We had to come up with an idea fast or we would’ve failed that class. We was all participating in a multiple sports like hockey, football, basketball, wrestling, and track. The concept of EZ Seat came through all of us connecting our minds brainstorming ideas on problems we see on our field. After two weeks of research we realized adults bring stadium seats to games but have to carry around the seat and that cause problems because they have items they need to cary around in there hands . Teenagers also don’t want to carry around a seat because they have books and materials they need in there hand. Being a athlete we also wait for games or matches to come so we needed a solution because we would always sit on those uncomfortable bleachers for long periods of time. So, we came up with the idea of combining a bleacher seat and a backpack called EZseat. EZseat will be a comfortable chair you can bring anywhere while still having the ability to store any iteam you need to carry too keep your free hands.
